After 25 years working in the franchise sector at senior levels both as a Franchisor, Franchisee and Master Franchisor, Doug has helped create, develop and grow over 20 Australian brands, improving their systems, processes and documentation to enable them to grow either through a corporate structure or through a licensed or Franchise model. Doug is currently a Master Franchisee for Australia for a coaching business called The Alternative Board and he uses his franchising expertise to consult with business owners that want to grow through multi-unit operations.

In the past two years Doug has helped develop and launch more than 15 franchise systems in Australia and is now taking many of them international. Doug helps develop the strategy and helps with the implementation of that strategy and does this through the development and documentation of procedures, operations manuals, training and development programs for franchisees and their management teams, Doug helps businesses grow through systemisation.
