Federico Pulvino is the Ceo & Founder of the Lime Restaurant & Bar.he is working in Restaurant Business since 20 Years.He started as Busser in London in 1999 and he made career in the Hardrock Cafe Company managing various departments like Kitchen, Bar, Server, Host, and also being Training Unit Manager and opened stores in Franchising and Corporate like Munich, Malta, Catania. He’s 7 Habits of Covey Certificate, and after 7 years working in the HardrockCafe Company he worked in american Cruise line as Bar Manager, and when he was 30 Years old he started to open his own Restaurant Business in Italy and Canary Island. In the 2015, he creates the Lime Restaurant& Bar. LIME was born from the wish to convey the many experiences gathered in different countries, tasting and discovering new cuisines, recipes and flavors.
